Shop Tour
| Our 5000 square foot shop is equipped with latest in CNC technology and software as seen here with our new Omnitech "Selexx" PAL 5' x 10' nest based CNC router. With this new purchase we are able to compete with much larger shops and produce a variety of radius and angled shapes as well as all of our cabinet and counter top parts. Projects are designed using the latest version of Planit Solutions "Cabnetware" software and transferred to the router where the parts are produced. Some of the other equipment in the shop consist of an "Elcon" vertical panel saw, "Powermatic" 10" table saw, "Holzher" 1434 edgebander, "Blum" hinge boring machine, "Powermatic" 23 spindle line boring machine and 14 ft x 20 ft professional spray booth equipped with CA Technologies HLVP spray guns. |
